Missing presets in Windows installations (midi insert, le)

This issue still outstanding since around 2013 (to my knowledge) due to Windows installation folders, documented here in youtube video.

currently over 18000 views on that one, which I have had to reference for a solution, and details this issue

Other quick searches revealed dozens of other Steinberg forum posts revolving around this installation concern.

Personally I’m a bit shocked that such a glaring issue is swept, once again, into the Misc forum…
Steinberg really? How long would it take to fix this?
