Missing Quarter Note in Tempo Marking in Latest Version – Solved by restarting computer

I just upgraded to the latest version of Dorico (2.2.10) and now all the quarter notes are missing from my tempo markings! I tried creating a new blank file and creating a tempo marking from scratch and get the same issue. Anyone else experiencing this or have a solution?
