Missing staff label

I can’t figure out how to add the name/player of a staff. Where would I go to assign a name to this top staff? (It’s an ossia staff.)

Library->Layout Options->Staves and Systems->Ossias and Extra Staves.

Default ossia label, but can be set to custom.
