Missing TC Powercore plugins

I recently reinstalled everything on my Macbook Pro.
With a new project open, I went to insert the TC voicestrip from the powercore platform and that plug in was not available. It does show up in the same location as the other plugins Library/audio/plug ins/TC powercore and they are available from Cubase insert window.
Any idea how I can fix this?

It looks like Mashedmitten is on holiday, so I’ll say this for him:
Check the blacklist.xml file if they listed in there. If yes, delete it.

Is this a file found in OSX?
I’ll look for it and remove it. Let you know if that did it.
