After uploading cubebase element 15 on my new computer. I seem to have tools missing reverb gates compression ect. I know I didn’t upload everything when I first started with cubase . The question I want ask is how do I get back to the original upload page.

Steinberg primarily recommends using the Steinberg Download Assistant, as installation via this method is faster and more direct.

I assume you are referring to the stock plugins, right? These are installed with the main Cubase installer. Content libraries, additional instruments etc don’t come with additional reverbs, compressors, etc. If you open the Steinberg Download Assistent and click on Cubase Artist 15 under the tab “My Products” you’ll find these additional items below the main Cubase installer on the right side.
Are you sure something is missing? If you click on a track’s insert slot:
Could you post a screenshot of the opened tab Dynamics or Reverb, please?
If it turns our that effect plugins are really missing I would strongly suggest to do a complete deinstall and start from scratch using the Steinberg Download Assistent. Like @Alfo said, this is the recommended and easiest way to install Cubase and its content.
Just a tiny slip: Cubase 15.0.30 is the latest version right now. You are ahead of your time
