I have figured out why my loaded video was not playing back in Dorico. You have to right click the white box on the dorico tool bar, move and then hit the “up” arrow.
Since this has happened a couple of times now, is there a permanent way to fix this so it would not reoccur?
We’ve had a couple of reports of this from users on Windows, but I’m not sure what the common factor in the reports might be. I assume you have multiple displays connected to your computer? Do you periodically connect and disconnect external displays, e.g. because your main system is a laptop and you’re sometimes in the studio and sometimes out on the road?
