Missing vstsound file

Cubase Pro 10.5
Windows 10 Pro

When booting up Cubase, I get an error message, “VST Sound Library “” Not found: C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 10.5\VST Sound\FCP_SMT_001_Cubase.vstsound”
Yet following that path, I find it sitting there? Does this mean the file has become corrupt and therefore, unusable, or what? If unusable, how do I download a usable file?

In this case, I would recommend to reinstall Cubase 10.5 from the Full Installer.
