Missing Wav files

Hi,

I was working on a project and I guess I moved my cpr files or my audio folder to where a lot of the wav files are not showing up in the cpr project. I have been keeping my project on iCloud. I dont know if that is a good idea, because when I “Locate” a wav file, sometimes the open button stays greyed out. I double click and it takes a while but then the file is selected. IDK if it is downloading the file from the iCloud and that is why it is taking so long? The restore is making me select each file individually instead of pulling all the wav files in the project when I am selecting from the correct Audio folder.
Even after I have restored the files, I still cant see the wavs in the cpr project. I see them in the audio file ane I can play them a single wav file, but the just are not showing up. I dont know if my cpr project is pointing to another folder besides the correct Audio folder or what. How do I check to see if it is point to the correct Audio folder and is there a way to fix it so it will pull in those wav files? I put in a lot of time with this project and I am afraid of losing it! Can anyone help this newbie?

It looks like all of my cpr files are doing this. I do not know what is going on. I dont know if it is the iCloud.
I am having to reload all my wav files by going through the “resolve missing files” window.
I am losing my mind.

Well, store the audio files locally in the project folder and then do a backup every so often.

Is there a way to point the cpr file to the audio file, where the wavs are located?

I have done the backup onto my desktop and moved the audio files I need in its corresponding Audio folder. I open open the cpr file and it is still asking me to resolve missing files. It is doing this with all the cpr files I have tried opening.

Yes because Cubase I still looking for the files at their original folder. Just resolve the missing files and save.
