I currently own Cubase 10.5 Pro, so I actually need the Cubase Pro 15 upgrade.
The activation code has not been used successfully.
Could you please help me exchange it for the correct version?

Hi The problem is that I went to the website’s support and they keep redirecting me to the “Halilit” website, which is Cubase’s support in Israel. I called them and they told me that because I bought from the official website they can’t help me. Can you help with my problem?!

I guess you mean the official Steinberg Website, correct?
In that case just follow the link that @Reco29 posted, it is directing you to the FastSpring support, which is the shop provider used by Steinberg.
There is a link for requesting a refund a bit down the page.
