Mixdown freezes

Hi here

Just updated to latest version of Cubase 9 LE from 8 (clean install) and I found that no project can be mixdown. The progress bar just freezes at a random %. Real Time Export works 100% all the times.

I am using Windows 10 with Midex8 attached and Maschine Studio, Jam & Kontroller

Any help please?

UPDATE: This happens only when I try to mixdown on C drive, if I mixdown to D drive no problem at all

My bad, I installed a pirated VST to try it (bad idea, I know it, sorry about that) and after removing it all came back to normal working state.
