Mixdown of midi to wav when it's routed to iM1

Jim touched upon this in one of my earlier posts.
I’ve got 7 midi tracks routed to Korg iM1 and 1 track using a Cubasis drum set.
Mixdown only created a wav file with the drums .
How can I pull all tracks together into one wav file please?
Assuming it’s not one step

Hi Mike,

Please specify more in detail how the seperate iM1 tracks are assigned in Cubasis.

The tracks are midi tracks so track 1 as example
input with all midi ports to ch 1 and output to im1 channel 1
Tracks 2 to 7 are the same except track to to ch2 track 3 to ch 3 etc
Track 8 is a a cubasis drum set so it’s just set to default inputs and outputs

Hi Mike,

Looks to me that you are using Core MIDI to establish the individual connections in this example, which prevents to create track freezes of individual tracks or a full mixdown. Please feel free to share the project with us (download link via PM) and we’ll give it a closer look.
