Mixdown - Some tracks empty audio file (Cubase 13 Pro)

Hi,
When I am doing an Audio mixdown Export for an engineer to Mix (48 tracks in total), and doing a test (import all 48 audio tracks again to Cubase), I have 5 tracks of the 48 that have an empty audio file. See for example track 028 Kickdrum or 073 Clap . They are empty and I cannot hear them.
I have checked the map that I used to export all 48 tracks and I can see that the missing tracks have MB but I cannot hear them when I use Windows Mediaplayer.
All tracks are VST’s.
Thank you for helping.

The Stereo Out mixdown is fine I can here all 48 tracks.

Any sidechain processing?
Anything those 5 tracks have in common…same vst?
Can you either Freeze or render in place those tracks in the project ok?? (you can undo if you don’t want to keep them that way)

Yes it seems that they are all the same VST: Groove Agent SE5 (Cubase)

And?

No Sidechain. See here for example the Kickdrum settings:

I will try to render or freeze the tracks

Did you try with record arm turned off.

Record arm turned off is not working and Freeze also not…

Can you maybe post the project file…no audio, just the cpr…I can see if the GA SE tracks render on my system.

Try to reload the instrument right before the mixdown.
Sometimes the MIDI connection to the instruments get stuck.

I had a similar problem with Kontakt and Groove Agent sometimes.
Normally it starts working again, after a reload of the project or the VST instrument.

I have 9 tracks that use the Groove Agent VST. Only 4 of them have an empty audio file…

Has anyone figured this out? This happens to me on certain tracks. They are all audio routed correctly. They play through their assigned groups fine. They will export correctly if i do regular bounce with them solo’d but don’t print during multibounce
