Here is an interesting issue a friend asked for help with.
When trying to unmute staves, they unmute, re-mute, then mute other instruments. See video below:

I don’t know for sure, and I was contacted perhaps 12 hours after this issue started. But what happened from the retelling is that the arranger was asked to provide a recording of just the percussion instruments for the percussion instructor. The person might have hit solo for 1 instrument and them may have tried to turn off the mute on other instruments. And may have been playing around doing this long enough that maybe something was happening that was not being shown? Just a stab in the dark as I didn’t see what might have caused this.
