did Cubase 11 bring any news about the Mixer Snapshot?

Snapshots in C11 still don’t respect Mute status 
Snapshot is useless for me in the sense that if you deactivate a plugin in snapshot, it will be deactivated on another saved snapshot (where it was previously activated).
And what I write is true for some and not for others plugins
A SIR reverb will not be memorized (on/off) by snapshot while Ozone maximizer will…
