Mixer zones in lower pane? Cannot lock stereo channel at right side?

How do I access the zones for the lower tab when the mixer is there? I want to lock the stereo channel to the right side of the mixer. I can access zones in the full mixer, but I’m not sure how when it’s in the lower pane.
