Not within the same token, but if you use separate tokens yes I think so - or indeed if you prefer to write it out manually somewhere - e.g. (minus the extra spaces)
{@ flowtitle@} from {@ projecttitle@}
You would need to add italics by either formatting the text manually or applying a character style to the relevant part, as each line can only have a single paragraph style (you can’t mix paragraph styles within the same line).

I have the following title that I would like to be able to present this way:
Fanfara sopra Aprite, presto aprite
dalle Nozze di Figaro di W.A. Mozart
per due trombe e due
I want the first line in 18 pt., the second in 16 pt., and the third in 14 pt. How would I do this with tokens. Or should I just abandon the tokens and do text boxes?
You can’t mix styles within a single run of text produced by a single token in Dorico 4.
