MMC Commands on Cubase Artist 13

Hi

I am owner of Cubase 13 Artist and Novation Zero SL MKII

When the transport button is lit Cubase does not receive the command from the device,

I cannot make Cubase read the MMC commands from the Zero.

MMC has to do with “start stop rewind…etc”

I want the transport buttons to work with MMC and not with CC

A first step of troubleshooting would be to find out whether Artist supports MMC.
If so a second step would be to figure out if your device sends the correct midi messages for MMC. One should not employ Cubase for this but a midi monitoring software like Midi Ox (Windows).

I’m sure it does.

@Giannis_Agapakis, under Transport→Project Synchronization Setup you can find the options needed. As long of course, as @Johnny_Moneto already mentioned, the SL MK2 sends the proper messages (I think it does).
