This is just a mild beef. I love being able to enter a dynamic and then modifying it with the popover. But I just tried to enter ‘ff tutta forza’ (Puccini uses this for heaven’s sake) -and AI (or whatever) replaced the ff with sf. I tried another Pucciniism: ff con tutta la forza della disperazione’ - this time it worked EXCEPT that the word ‘forza’ was censored. Probably ‘sforzando’ thinks it has full rights over the word ‘forza?’ 
I know I can just write ‘tutta forza’ with text… but why can’t I modify the dynamic as I wish?
As you suggest, it’s an unintended consequence of the popover parser, which is designed to look for particular words and sequences.
The string “forz” is sufficient to trigger sforzando.
