Modulation grid when using wheel

Dear Forum,
since Cubase 13, when I using the modwheel, the data will be interpolated (see red 1). Previously it was a finer grid as here handdrawn (green 2).
How can that be changed, I cannot find the setting for it.

Change the Ramp mode to the Jump, please.

In the Key Editor > Controller Lane Setup > Type of New Controller Events.
