For some reason I’m not able to monitor my input audio with activated Plugins in order to audition them, they’re fine once I’ve recorded a new file and playback properly for rendering.
Have I just forgotten that it’s not possible to hear plugins on input mode or do I have something turned off. I’ve always used a dual monitor setup with a functions window for Loudness, Level Meter and Phasecope etc. I also have my plugins opened on that screen so I can get to them easily. I thought for sure that I could see and hear plug effects on those panes in input mode but I could be mistaken…
I’ve recently been through a major software and hardware update in my studio with blindsiding tech hours and information. It’s certainly possible that I could have changed a setting on the new gear.
