I can’t tell from the product literature . . . is the CI series capable of mixing to headphones Audio Input, such as singing, with Cubase tracks, during recording, so you can hear your own vocal’s raw feed, and the soundtrack you are singing too, in real time during recording? If anyone remembers the venerable old Steinberg MI4 Interface ( it was awesome for rough draft song writing), and though I have had many interface units over the years, none worked more flawlessly than the old MI4 for quick recording in any location.
