So most of us know the trick to batch exporting mono and stereo tracks simultaneously is to send our mono tracks out to a mono output. This output can be a phantom output we set up that goes nowhere but it will still bounce successfully, but for simple playback we cant hear it.
My question is how can we set it up so that we can hear those tracks playing back before we bounce, just during normal playback?
To avoid needing to switch routing between bounce or listening use sends:
Create a group, Open Mixconsole, select all relevant tracks, hold down shift-alt (Applies function to all selected tracks) & in sends panel select the group as your destination. Holding shift-alt again switch on the sends.
