MONTAGE: Is there a way to make "some" clips ignore master?

When working in the montage and doing a final CD render, is there a way to force “some” clips to ignore/bypass the master section, while other clips do not ignore the master section?

I don’t mean just for playback… I mean the way the files are actually rendered - so in a single montage, some clips will use the master FX, and some will not.

Not possible, and it would be too hard to do.
