More control over continuation appearance for playing techniques

I guess it’s time to make a feature request for version 6?

I would like to be able to have slightly different text on a continuation line.
For example, if I use a text marking for “marcato” that continues for multiple pages, Dorico does a nice job of repeating the marking on subsequent pages and placing the text in parentheses.

But I would love the option to add a prefix/suffix to the parenthesized text. For example “(sempre marc.)”

While we’re at it, it would also be good to be able to have full text in the initial appearance of an expression like this, but then have the abbreviation appear in subsequent parenthesized repetitions.

So something like this (I’m using the pipe symbol to show page/system breaks):

Marcato ________________ | (sempre marc.) ____________ | (sempre marc.) _________

Thanks for the suggestion, Michel. We’ll certainly think about this.
