I’ve been making a mess of montage files lately because in the past, if I have a montage open and do Save As… the save path would already be set to the same folder the open montage is in which is ideal operation.
Now, no matter what my folders settings are for Open/Save folder (I tried all combinations), Wavelab doesn’t set the Save As… path to the same folder as the source montage file, it sets it to a previously used path. I have to manually choose the Save As… path from the dropdown menu.
Sometimes the preferred path is at the top of the drop down list, sometimes it’s at the bottom of the list with a space separating it from the rest of the list. What does this mean?
Has something changed with OS X 10.10 with the folder structure because Wavelab has developed a few strange behaviors now with folder paths that it used to do very well in the past.
