More than one instrument, but not presented in score format?

Now let’s see if I can even explain what my question is …
I have a score with short pieces of music with quite a few different parts. Of course printing them as single parts or a score, or even a few parts together on the same page is easy and works fine - Dorico is, after all, amazing!
But, I would like to do something that I have not yet figured out how to do; I would like to be able to print a “part” for a player, but with more than one instument on the part, though not presented in a kind of a score format.
Let’s say for example the piece has melody, piano part, bass, clarinet, trumpet.
I would like to be able to print a part for the bass player containg melody, piano and bass; for the clarinet the melody, piano and clarinet and so on - but not in the format of a sort of “condensed score”, but with the music presented more like three separate “flows” after one another on the page.
Is it possible to understand what my question is, or, even more important: is it possible to do this, and how?

So you essentially want to give the bass player a copy of the melody and piano Layouts consecutively, and all in one Layout?

You can build the layout selecting the instruments you want. Then reduce the staff size of the non important ones…

That sounds like a lot clearer way of putting it, yes …

Fredrik,
I am not sure, but may be you can generate a page template with more than one music frame.
Each of these frames pointing to a different instrument.

Yes, from what I’ve read so far it feels like the solution would lie somewhere along those lines, but I have not yet been able to figure how to actually get it right.

I’m not sure it would be that much easier than just merging a PDF after exporting them separately lol
