I often get to this step of accessing the online help, but cannot click accept cookies. How do I gain access please?
I get this often as well and when it happens, I just click deny and the appropriate page opens. Are you getting something else?
Yes I get it from time to time also, very annoying. I click either Deny or Accept All, but they both result in seeing it again.
Do you mean that none of the buttons at the bottom are responsive, ie clicking any of them doesn’t result in anything happening?
If so, can you say a bit more about the browser and device that you’re using? Thanks.
I see that the dialog in English does misquote its own Red button text.
I set my cookie preferences once, and ever since I always click “Save Services”.
I’m not the OP, but am having the same problem when I click on “Dorico Help” in the Help Menu. None of the buttons or toggle switches are working.
Default browser is Safari Versie 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.13)
OS: MAc OS Monterey 12.3.1
I just copy the link and watch the Help in Firefox. No problems there.
