Most flows on new page, but some flows on same page

I have a project with about 25 flows, most of which I want to start on new pages, but some (perhaps six or seven) will best follow the previous flow on the same page.

What would be the best strategy to achieve this so as to minimise the number of page overrides?

Probably to allow flows to start on the same page as a previous flow (layout option), then use frame breaks at the start of flows you want to start on a new page to force them there if necessary.

… and of course using Frame Breaks doesn’t make a Page Override.

I went down the wrong rabbit hole because I failed to forget an old Finnish habit. I couldn’t get shift-F to work on the last barline of a flow!!
