Mouse functions for Rewing and fast forward

Hi
I have a logitec Marble (trackball) mouse. Just wondering if i can asssign fast forward and rewind functions to the additional buttons on the mouse?

If there is any Logitec software, where you can assign a Key Command to those buttons, you can assign the one Cubase needs.
