Hello, I’d like to report two issues in Cubase Pro 14.0.30 on Win 11 Pro.
Mouse wheel vertical scrolling no longer works in version 14.0.30 when the mouse is hovering above certain areas of the mixer and channel zone like inserts, cue sends, EQ curve, modulators, phase, direct routing, etc. with mouse wheel mode set to “disable” or “disable in scrollable areas”. This only occurs if the mouse is located exactly above the parameter box before scrolling.
Additionally, parameter change via mouse wheel still works in the VST Instruments window when mouse wheel mode is set to “disable” or “disable in scrollable areas”.
Thank you for your help.

Similar issue for me. If my mouse is hovering over an insert in the channel zone, I cannot scroll no matter how I set the “mouse wheel mode” in the preferences. This is extremely frustrating and adds a lot of time to the work since I have to hover over the right side of the zone to get the scroll bar or hover my mouse over an empty area in order to make it scroll.
However, when I have it set to disable, I haven’t found any issues with it still changing parameters with the mouse wheel. I haven’t identified any other issues with the sends or EQ, etc.

Thank you @Steinberg for solving the first issue (Cubase Pro 15.0.5).
I found two more issues:
- Mouse wheel horizontal scrolling (without holding shift) is still inverted in the “Modulators” & “MIDI Remote” tabs of the project window lower zone.
- Mouse wheel parameter change still affects MIDI & input track panners in the mix console when audio tracks are showing with mouse wheel mode set to “disable” or “disable in scrollable areas” (see video).
