How do i make this in dorico as you can see on a second pic theres a open barline (idk what its called but i call it open barline) and move the other 1.5 notes on the third pic they are both connected but just move the other notes for spacing and design ig
Sorry, can you explain a bit more? Which notes do you want to move, and where do you want to move them.
Are you sure you actually want to move notes, or do you want to do something else, like change the metre?
I think you asked the same question a few days ago.

In some other programs in order to split a bar across two systems you have to do something hacky involving hidden time signatures.
In Dorico that is not the case. Stick with a 4/4 time signature, ensure that this Preference is turned off:
then add the System Break wherever you want it.
Note you’ll need to use Shift-S or the System Break button in the left panel of Engrave mode; comma and period intentionally move entire bars up and down a system.
