Move ahead a set amount of time using keyboard ?

I’m trying to find a shortcut to be able to type in how many seconds I want to move ahead in the timeline, using the keyboard - i.e. 3 seconds exactly from the point of the cursor.

I know on the Transport panel there’s a way to ‘nudge’, but I want to be able to type in the time I want to move.
Any suggestions ?

Shift + P and type the time-Code of the new position.
