I’ve just moved from pro tools and have found some really nice features but one thing I find frustrating is that unless I’m missing something you can’t move/ delete/ or duplicate tracks from the mixer window? Does this mean a million people, when they want to delete a bus or duplicate a track or move something have to go into another window, find it, do the action, then go back to the mixer? Because that’s utterly mad, it’s just really basic functionality.
It is frustrating, but it is how it works, currently. This functionality has been requested often in these forums. I seem to recall it being one of the features which Steinberg asked about in their recent user survey, so there may be hope.
