Is there a key command to move a region up/down a track without using the mouse? How about duplicating it and moving it?

I don’t know about this Key command. I’m afraid, there isn’t. You can make your own Macro (screenshot).
- Cut
- Locate Selection
- Up
- Paste
Then:
- Select the region
- Select the tracks, where is region placed
- Run the Macro
Or make liitle bit different Macro:
- Cut
- Locate Selection
- Paste
Then:
- Select the region
- Select the tracks, where do you want to place the new region
- Run the Macro
