Hi all, I’ve inserted a cue over a sustained note in a part, however the rests from the cue are overlapping with the primary, and I can’t select the rests from the cue. Is there a way to change how this cue looks in this part without disrupting the original part (where the cue is from)? I’ve since changed the stem direction of the bottom part, which helps, but I still need to move the quarter rests.

As long as the rest are a part of the cue, you can select them and change their properties to reposition them.

How do I do that? When I click on the cue to select the rest, nothing happens. I couldn’t find rest moving the “cues” portion of engraving options either.
If you switch to engrave mode, you can select the individual rests and change the rest position property. (Remember to set properties to local before doing so).
