Has anyone had difficulty moving their dongle to a different USB port?
Thought this would be a pretty simple move. All the eLicenser software/maintenance checks out but none of my Cubase licenses can be seen on it.
Run Ccleaner and try again.

Have you tried rebooting the machine?
