Moving Computers - what needs doing (Mac)

I’m gonna be moving computers next week , I guess I need to
unauthorised Cubase App (Steinberg Activation Manager)
copy the Cubase Prefs file
Redownload a fresh Cubase 12 and Plugs via Steinberg Download Assistant

is there anything else I have missed ?

I would go for the Profile Manager in Cubase.
