Moving media bay?

Hi
I want to take my terabyte of media-bay files out on external hard disk, work with them on the road and take that back on on the main studio computer Hard drive including the changes I’ve done on the road:

  • moved files around
  • additional and changed attributes

Although this video only touching the surface of this

Any suggestion of how to do this?
