Moving Parts

If I remember correctly, moving audio or midi parts vertically in the older versions of Cubase was exponential. When you grabbed onto a part, the further you pushed it upward or downward, the faster it moved. With my version of CS5, This holds true up to a point, the it completely stops. It goes only so fast, (not fast enough) and when you try to stretch further, it stops. Does this happen to anyone else or do I have an issue? Thanks for thoughts.

For me it depends on how far in or out the ‘zoom’ factor is on the page.

Less zoom=faster scrolling
More zoom=slower scrolling.

Either direction vertical/horizontal.

Interesting! Mine scrolls at the same speed regardless of the zoom. Is yours the same for C5/6 and 7?
