Moving text and artic.

I have entered tempo text - ok. How can I move it? and I have put a trill over a note and it is very close to the stem, so close that the stem flips in the wrong direction, who can I move this? Thanks

You can only move things around in Engrave mode. Click ‘Engrave’ on the toolbar, or type Ctrl+3.
