Moving the VST Sound folder to an external hard drive in a m

Hello all,


I am trying to locate the VST Sound content in my mac. But I couldn’t find it. But I can see all the content in mediabay. But they are in my MAC HD…I dont like to store my loops and presets in that drive. Can some one please tell me where to find these files so i can move them to my external drive?

Hello,
VST Sound files are in -
/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Content/

Move this to an external drive and put an alias to it in the original location. Or get geeky with a Unix symbolic link, but I’ll leave that for another time…
