I have been using my UR 242 alongside my MOXF6 for the past 6 months with no problems, using Windows 7. I connect the Midi I/o’s of the UR 242 to my Korg Triton Le, and I also connect the MOXF6 directly to my computer via its usb cable (and MOXF driver) to give myself a total of 32 Midi channels. Well, I recently bought a dell OptiPlex 990 running on Windows 10 pro. Using the same configuration, I can no longer connect my MOXF6 via usb. I keep geting a “CODE 10” error in device manager. It also says the driver Failed to Start. I am able to connect my UR 242 with no problems, however.
I uninstalled both drivers (UR 242 and the MOXF) and only installed the (updated) driver for the MOXF, connecting only the MOXF6 to my computer. Again, I got the same code 10 error, and the device failed to start. Are there any known issues with the MOXF driver and Windows 10?
I also tried using only the UR 242 driver, and connecting only the MOXF6, still no bueno. Any help would be appreciated.
