MP3 Plugin in Cubase Essential 4

Hi all,

I have just purchaseed nd downloaede the above .mp3 extension pack but upon installation it doesnt seem to work and i cannt find any supporting documenttaion anwyeher on the Steinberg site. Could anyone enlighten me as to why it may not work and if so what i need to do to get it working ?
