MPEX timestretch algorithm missing

I’ve recently reinstalled my copy of Cubase 4 onto my new install of Windows 10 (a pretty significant age gap I realise).

Everything seems OK so far, but something I’ve noticed is that the MPEX algorithm is missing from the selection box in timestretch. The realtime algorithm is there and works, but MPEX is simply not an option.

Does anyone know why this might be? If not, could anyone point me to where the timestretch processing is configured in the Cubase install folders?

This issue has resolved itself. It turns out that the cause was that I was using the 64-bit preview version of Cubase 4. Uninstalling Cubase and installing the 32-bit version of Cubase 4 gave me the option of MPEX 3 again.

For reference, I was installing to a 64-bit Windows 10 machine.
