Hi, Just bought the Steinberg mr816csx. One reason for buying it was the possibility of having phantom power on 8 inputs. But, how does this work? 6 of the channels do not have XLR - just TSR. When I connect a condenser or dynamic mic using a TSR and turn on phantom power - all I get is noise 
Sorry folks - just noticed that the inputs on the back are hybrids - XLR here I come!
