Hi,
I am trying to connect mr 816CSX to Elements 10 under windows 10. Elements loads and finds it but when I play a track it will not show the track playing (no metering on track or master fader) and no sound is sent to the 816. If I switch to the asio driver and not the FW driver,the meters light up and sound comes out the computer’s sound card. Does anyone know why this is happening?
In addition to choosing the Yamaha Steinberg FW driver, you must set all the input/output connections for the MR816. Do this in the Elements Studio/Audio Connections window.
