I know in previous version of Cubase we could have several tempo tracks. In some cases it is useful. For me, quite often.
Is it still possible to have this feature?

As far as I know, there has not been a Cubase version with and option of several Tempo Tracks.
You can create Track Versions of the Tempo Track. But this is probably something different. You are searching for poly-tempos use case, right?
