Becuase I use both my Apple desktop computer and Macbook pro for studio recording, having multiple monitors is exstremly helpful.
After many hours I have FINALLY be able to add multiple monitors to my desktop and Mac Pro laptop…
these two items are what is needed
Diamond BVU 195, USB display adapter pro ( btw it has adapters inside box for HDMI, DVI and SVA cables)

this can be done with a minimum investment of a monitor and the diamond adapter…$85.00
once installed works flawlessly!!!
