Is there any way to make something like this happen in some internal way within Dorico?
I suppose it should be possible, using tuplets spanning across bars and calculating them properly…
Meters can be entered locally by pressing alt-enter instead of enter when the popover is filled.
@johnkprice , you don’t want to show your magic here?
The image in the original post makes no sense to me. The top four staves (labeled P/C) have one quarter note for every half note in the fifth and sixth staves (Reed 1 and 2), but the seventh stave (Reed 3) has nine quarter notes in the time of eight half notes in the fifth and sixth staves. In addition, the barlines in staves that have the same meter and number of measures do not always align vertically. I don’t have enough magic to deal with that.
May be a graphic representation of different tempi ?
