I’ve been adding my track cover art to the metadata in WL. I noticed the settings to describe what the photo is for, like front cover, and wondered if I could add a front cover and a back cover photo in a track’s metadata?
If yes, how would a listener be able to see both photos? What app, etc?

Don’t assume that most players can show more than 1 picture. It is not because the ID3v2 standard allows more than one picture, that it is mandatory.
If you need a player that can show more than 1 picture, then you will have to search.
